Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Coblet Capital reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Coblet Capital (Pty) Ltd.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all South African citizens or permanent residents aged 18 years or older.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. How to Enter

• Participants must complete the official Google Form entry questionnaire in full and provide accurate, honest responses.
• Incomplete or falsified entries will be disqualified.
• Entries must be submitted by midnight on 31 August 2025.
• A minimum of 1,000 valid entries must be received for the competition to be valid and for the prize to be awarded.
• If the threshold is not met, the competition may be postponed or cancelled.

5. Prize Details

• There are three (3) cash prizes of R5,000 each to be won.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
• The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

• The prize draw will take place on 1 September 2025.
• The winner will be contacted via the details provided on the Google Form.
• If you have not been contacted by 14 September 2025, you may consider your entry as unsuccessful.
• If the selected winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

• By entering, you consent to Coblet Capital collecting and using your personal information for internal research and product development.
• This data will be used to understand employment preferences and support the creation of a future employment matching platform.
• Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent and will be handled in accordance with South African privacy laws (POPIA compliant).
• By entering, you consent to Coblet Capital using your contact details to reach out for clarification on your answers or for communication regarding new opportunities or services.

 

8. General

• No late or incomplete entries will be accepted.
• The decision of Coblet Capital is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is not transferable and will be paid directly to the winners’ nominated bank accounts.

• Coblet Capital is not responsible for any lost, late, or technical issues preventing submission of entries. Participation is at your own risk.
• Coblet Capital reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms, submits false information, or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the competition process.
• This competition and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
